Job Summary
A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Operations Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and maintain complex resource capacity and staffing models
- Support Leadership in the creation of presentations for Executive and Board meetings
- Deliver analytics to support overall growth and productivity metrics
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce.com power user or administrator
- 8+ years of experience in a sales / revenue operations, finance, or accounting role
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with data integrity projects
- Skilled ability to develop and coach partners for improved and sustained performance
