Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing playbooks to drive consistency and scale in handling events
  • Leading and managing projects focused on the delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Analyzing data and preparing internal reports to articulate trends

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales or Customer Service
  • Experience conducting data analysis and creating reports to communicate trends
  • Proven critical thinker and problem-solver with the ability to deliver effective solutions
  • Proactive team-player with a passion for driving efficiency and process improvement
  • Ability to document and provide end-user training for new playbooks, processes, or workflows
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
