Job Summary

A cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Administering, organizing, and maintaining CSM tool
  • Developing segments, plays, journeys, and walkthroughs crucial to allowing the Customer Success team to scale
  • Managing impactful customer-messaging campaigns

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in operations for a complex SaaS renewal and expansion customer success team required
  • Minimum of three years experience working in customer success
  • High aptitude for data manipulation and technical integrations between tools
  • Experience building segments, playbooks, journeys and automated interactions
  • Experience with an agile/scrum work and iteration framework preferred
