A cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Administering, organizing, and maintaining CSM tool
- Developing segments, plays, journeys, and walkthroughs crucial to allowing the Customer Success team to scale
- Managing impactful customer-messaging campaigns
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in operations for a complex SaaS renewal and expansion customer success team required
- Minimum of three years experience working in customer success
- High aptitude for data manipulation and technical integrations between tools
- Experience building segments, playbooks, journeys and automated interactions
- Experience with an agile/scrum work and iteration framework preferred
