Job Summary
An education company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Partner in Portland.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engaging with our smaller partnerships in districts of less than 10,000 students
- Providing virtual training, coachings, and other services with their assigned partnerships
- Interacting and engaging with building-level leadership, with occasional interaction with district-level leaders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel expectations would be no more than 25%
- 1+ Years experience in a SaaS environment conducting Account Management activities
- 1+ Years experience working with educators or students
- Possess a working knowledge of the local educational landscape within territories
- Can interpret and understand datasets and reports
- Familiarity and comfort cold-calling and introducing yourself to new people
