Job Summary
A communications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Principle Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding and documenting customer needs through quantitative and qualitative market research
- Creating use cases, user stories, and detailed product specifications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in delivering SaaS CX/CSM products
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
