Job Summary
An an industrial automation company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Renewal Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Contracts & Negotiations team on payment terms
- Ensure purchase order and proposal information and legal language match
- Liaise between the Customer Success Manager and the Contract Entry Operations Team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years experience contract entry, tax, and/or customer success is preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally to get tasks completed
- Quickbase and SAP experience preferred
