Job Summary

A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Renewals Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicating risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
  • Maintaining a rolling forecast and track sales activity in SFDC
  • Preparing proposals, including renewal rate calculations, and contract preparation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years demonstrated track record of growing existing business or bringing in new business in tech/SaaS space
  • Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management
  • Well versed in value based solution selling
  • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis
