A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Renewals Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
- Maintaining a rolling forecast and track sales activity in SFDC
- Preparing proposals, including renewal rate calculations, and contract preparation
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years demonstrated track record of growing existing business or bringing in new business in tech/SaaS space
- Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management
- Well versed in value based solution selling
- Powerful communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis
