Job Summary

A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Renewals Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Communicating risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
Maintaining a rolling forecast and track sales activity in SFDC
Preparing proposals, including renewal rate calculations, and contract preparation

Qualifications for this position include:

4+ years demonstrated track record of growing existing business or bringing in new business in tech/SaaS space
Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management
Well versed in value based solution selling
Powerful communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Salesforce
Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis
