Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional service on all customer interactions
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers and internal partners
- Assist with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution throughout the order process
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or fast-paced support environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred
- Must be located in specified states for residency requirements
