Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional service on all customer interactions
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers and internal partners
  • Assist with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution throughout the order process
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or fast-paced support environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred
  • Must be located in specified states for residency requirements
