Job Summary
A digital insurance claims company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide professional training and onboarding help to customers
- Lead, drive and coordinate activities around onboarding and enablement for customers and working with multiple stakeholders and cross-departments
- Learn and support customer health and metrics with Account Managers, and key stakeholders throughout onboarding and during the learning period
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven track record of academic or civic or some level of achievement and goal setting
- Ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Ability to and willingness to communicate daily with customers
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort with technology and CRM tools
- Ability to solve and address issues or problems for customers working with finance, support, sales etc
