Job Summary

A technology company that specializes in matching readers with scholarly publications needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Keep up with scholarly, medical communications, and advertising industry related news
  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative solutions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or additional equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
  • 2 years of proven experience as an account manager/ customer success in marketing or advertising role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the digital advertising industry
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
