Job Summary

A company that provides data-driven research to institutional investors has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Revenue Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the operations subject matter expert for the CS/BD function
  • Own and optimize client lifecycle management
  • Bolster the team with analytical expertise

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical role
  • Experience working with a rapidly growing Customer Success organization
  • Knowledge or experience owning key parts of organizational tools
  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards within a CRM or analytical software
  • Willing to learn and become proficient in SQL and data management
