Job Summary
A company that provides data-driven research to institutional investors has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Revenue Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as the operations subject matter expert for the CS/BD function
- Own and optimize client lifecycle management
- Bolster the team with analytical expertise
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical role
- Experience working with a rapidly growing Customer Success organization
- Knowledge or experience owning key parts of organizational tools
- Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards within a CRM or analytical software
- Willing to learn and become proficient in SQL and data management
