An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving initiatives like quarterly business reviews to assess effectiveness of business
- Piloting and implementing tools that help self-serve
- Detecting early signals of at-risk renewals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- ~7 years in Operations, Customer Success and/or sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree
- Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint skills
- People management experience a must
- Ability to operate and drive change management
- Good understanding of sales process
