Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Sales Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving initiatives like quarterly business reviews to assess effectiveness of business
  • Piloting and implementing tools that help self-serve
  • Detecting early signals of at-risk renewals
