Job Summary
An information security company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Security Specialist in Tampa.
Must be able to:
- Work with Customer Success, Finance and partners/resellers to assist with managing our renewal and expansion process
- Build deep relationships with procurement teams and partners to understand their objectives in order expedite expansions and renewals
- Manage the onboarding experience for new customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 1 years experience in Account Management/Renewals
