Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Senior Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being very comfortable extracting data from a wide range of sources (excel, database, Hadoop, etc) and develop informative charts, dashboards and reports
  • Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities
  • Being very good in detailing the analysis, results and data processes, which can be reused by the team

Required Skills:

  • BS in Engineering or MBA or equivalent
  • 4-8 years experience business analytics and insights required
  • Proven ability in writing sophisticated database queries in any SQL language (Oracle, MySQL, etc) is required. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets and experience with data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
