Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and leading a high performing team, building processes, driving customer engagement, and partnering cross-functionally to help us develop and execute a world-class customer experience
- Directly managing a team of high-performing Customer Success Managers to execute our vision of bringing speed to value for our lender customers
- Spearheading conversations with internal partners and customers, ideating, monitoring, and building upon new initiatives that deliver customer insights to drive contract renewals and sales of additional products
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years in customer-centric roles, 3+ of which were spent managing a team at B2B software companies
- Experience working with Enterprise Clients, where you have advised clients, built strategic relationships, and led the charge on not only managing but also renewing clients
- Experience having dug deep into data to inform your decisions, and have connected these insights back to clear business results
- Proven ablity to ask great questions, listen to various perspectives, and prescribe the best course of action
- Expereince having developed proven methods and solutions to improve the way we work
