Job Summary
A marketing software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Software Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the end-to-end process from ideation to execution
- Driving projects within the Customer Success organization
- Evaluating existing processes and procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to work closely with the Customer Success team to proactively and regularly identify challenges
- Ability to interface with our internal Operations and Product teams to surface Customer Success requirements
- Can define the projects, ensure teams are on track for successful execution of key deliverables
