A marketing software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Software Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning the end-to-end process from ideation to execution
  • Driving projects within the Customer Success organization
  • Evaluating existing processes and procedures

Position Requirements Include:

  • Able to work closely with the Customer Success team to proactively and regularly identify challenges
  • Ability to interface with our internal Operations and Product teams to surface Customer Success requirements
