Key responsibilities

  • Handle urgent or complex cases with ownership, proactively finding solutions to ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Document issues and collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and improve user experience
Required qualifications

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex processes and product details
