Job Summary
Fluent in Mandarin, the full-time Remote Customer Success Specialist will manage communication with parents and students, providing support through various channels while ensuring a positive learning experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for parents and students, addressing inquiries about courses, learning progress, and account access
- Handle urgent or complex cases with ownership, proactively finding solutions to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Document issues and collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and improve user experience
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or education support roles
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex processes and product details
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English communication
- Tech-savvy with experience using multiple communication tools and internal systems
