Job Summary
A venture production studio has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience
- Providing technical support to our customers and training when necessary
- Educating customers on the flexibility and capabilities of blockchain-based accounting platform
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years of experience in a customer facing role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
