A venture production studio has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience
  • Providing technical support to our customers and training when necessary
  • Educating customers on the flexibility and capabilities of blockchain-based accounting platform

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
