Job Summary

A software company specializing in solutions for talent-focused businesses is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Directly support customers via chat and phone
  • Maintain and improve our excellent First Response and Customer Satisfaction Scores
  • Troubleshoot technical issues via screen share

Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ years of experience supporting B2B software or similar customer success experience
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting and support abilities
  • Familiar with Intercom or other similar support chat platforms
  • Technically savvy, familiar with troubleshooting and supporting a SaaS business while managing multiple streams of communication
  • Strong technical writing abilities (Help articles, User Guides, etc.)
