Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support customers with Payroll related questions via our Rapid Response hotline
  • Provide in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for client issues
  • Handle difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Prior experience in a contact center is a plus
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot various software challenges and recommend solutions
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools
