Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support customers with Payroll related questions via our Rapid Response hotline
- Provide in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for client issues
- Handle difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Prior experience in a contact center is a plus
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot various software challenges and recommend solutions
- Experience working in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools
