Job Summary
A privately-held healthcare technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Strategist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
- Plan and develop optimization plans with customers
- Advocate for the customer with product and technical teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Healthcare IT, clinical, and/or customer support in healthcare services
- Strong project and task management skills
- 1-3 years’ experience managing complex, high profile customer accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Ability to pass a timed assessment test
