Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Strategy and Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and recommending program changes to increase the attach rate, margins and average sales prices
- Establishing performance metrics and overseeing development of dashboards and reports
- Leading the definition and analysis of customer lifetime value models to help prioritize services that maximize incremental revenue and ROI
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales strategy & operations experience
- Experience analyzing large datasets to surface insights and proposing recommendations
- Experience defining, promoting agreement, documenting and deploying E2E processes across departments
- Experience leading quarterly and annual planning and forecasting
- Proficient in BI and sales tools and ability to perform complex spreadsheet functions
