A cybersecurity company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Strategy and Planning Director in Austin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Structuring and leading complex strategic projects and initiatives supporting them into the execution
- Developing strategies & business plans with clear goals, execution plan and metrics
- Developing Customer Success Strategy, roadmap and operational plan
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Passion for Customer Success and delivering value-realization outcomes to our customers
- A minimum of 3 years in top strategy consulting serving Tech clients, or Corporate/BU/ Strategy roles in a tech firm
- Effective in executive communication - synthesize and explain complex issues in a simple and elegant way
- High energy and comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
- Deep empathy for stakeholders and customers
