Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Customer Success operations, including case assignment and productivity metrics
- Supervise Customer Success Specialists and ensure team performance management
- Partner with various departments to resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare insurance plan
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a call center or service recovery environment
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Managed Care
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI
