Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily Customer Success operations, including case assignment and productivity metrics
  • Supervise Customer Success Specialists and ensure team performance management
  • Partner with various departments to resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare insurance plan
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a call center or service recovery environment
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Managed Care
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI
