Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • You’ll be responsible for providing world-class customer service
  • Be an integral part of customer onboarding, helping them integrate our solution into their EHR systems
  • Provide a bespoke service to our customers while diagnosing configuration options that are specific to their needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Passionate about supporting customers and providing a memorable experience
  • Abiity to see problem resolution as an opportunity to shine and create a satisfied customer
  • Enjoy being the front line of support for customers, answering questions, diagnosing technical issues, and solving problems
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbally
  • Familiar with identifying bugs, and working with various stakeholders to resolve these and other issues successfully
  • Proactive and anticipate issues, rather than reacting to things that have snowballed
