Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- You’ll be responsible for providing world-class customer service
- Be an integral part of customer onboarding, helping them integrate our solution into their EHR systems
- Provide a bespoke service to our customers while diagnosing configuration options that are specific to their needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Passionate about supporting customers and providing a memorable experience
- Abiity to see problem resolution as an opportunity to shine and create a satisfied customer
- Enjoy being the front line of support for customers, answering questions, diagnosing technical issues, and solving problems
- Strong communicator, both written and verbally
- Familiar with identifying bugs, and working with various stakeholders to resolve these and other issues successfully
- Proactive and anticipate issues, rather than reacting to things that have snowballed
