Job Summary
A telecommunications service company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling customer escalations to help the team retain key customers
- Keeping a pulse on all customer accounts via a customer success plat
- Managing the day-to-day of our CSM team to ensure that the customer journey is executed at all touchpoints
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience managing customer accounts, preferably at a SaaS company
- At least 1 year experience managing a team, preferably an AM/CSM team at a SaaS company
- Established experience improving processes in a customer-facing role.
- Solid track record of coaching teams to meet metrics, such are retention, expansion, and growth
- Ability to learn new tech products
