Job Summary

A company that is at the forefront of hiring - assessing, analyzing, & comparing your candidates for objective, informed selection is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Team Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead a team of dedicated CSMs to deliver “world class” customer service while exceeding customer retention and expansion targets
  • Shape the CSM team by defining and communicating roles and responsibilities to team members
  • Provide ongoing coaching to your team and empower direct reports to accomplish goals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of Customer Success Leadership Experience (preferably in a SaaS environment)
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
  • Experience tracking and incorporating metrics to inform/improve customer interactions
  • Ability to guide direct reports to recognize opportunities for upselling based on customer needs
  • Ability to ensure direct reports have a clear understanding of their performance level
