Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Team Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Objectively evaluate all customers on standard health criteria
  • Develop and execute on custom “get well” plan for customers at risk
  • Deliver value/feature adoption training to customers at risk

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of three to five years’ client relationship management experience
  • Some experience in the software industry
  • Understanding of sales environments and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing
  • Strong project management skills
