Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Team Member.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating content and user guides
  • Talking to customers over various channels (email, support, live chat, phone, etc)
  • Analyzing behaviors, and keeping our developers and designers up to speed at all times

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Company-paid team retreats
  • Must be in or near the Pacific to work 8am-4pm HAST (Hawaii)
  • Must have experience in measuring and tracking your own results
  • Must have a solid understanding of transactional email and email technologies (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Must have solid writing skills for answering customer support requests as well as writing help docs and user guides
  • Must have empathy for novice developers and a desire to teach
