Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Team Member.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating content and user guides
- Talking to customers over various channels (email, support, live chat, phone, etc)
- Analyzing behaviors, and keeping our developers and designers up to speed at all times
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Company-paid team retreats
- Must be in or near the Pacific to work 8am-4pm HAST (Hawaii)
- Must have experience in measuring and tracking your own results
- Must have a solid understanding of transactional email and email technologies (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Must have solid writing skills for answering customer support requests as well as writing help docs and user guides
- Must have empathy for novice developers and a desire to teach
