Job Summary

A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Team Member.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maximizing our customers’ success
  • Responding to customer product inquiries and providing technical support
  • Tracking recurring issues and report them to the appropriate team or individual

Position Requirements Include:

  • Every quarter, you’ll travel to an in-person meeting with the entire team
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of Customer Support / Service experience
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a simplified, easy to understand manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
