Job Summary
A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Team Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maximizing our customers’ success
- Responding to customer product inquiries and providing technical support
- Tracking recurring issues and report them to the appropriate team or individual
Position Requirements Include:
- Every quarter, you’ll travel to an in-person meeting with the entire team
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- At least 5 years of Customer Support / Service experience
- Ability to communicate technical information in a simplified, easy to understand manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
