Job Summary

A health information management company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Technical Support.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with engineering on rollout of new features and functions
  • Understanding how to make customers successful and how to help them get there
  • Articulating the impact of customer bugs Aid the business teams with onboarding new customers

Required Skills:

  • Professional fluency in English with the ability to read and write in a business setting
  • 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers in a technical support capacity
  • Experience in Web, iOS, and/or Android development
  • Previous experience working with AWS
  • Understanding of RESTful web services
  • Know-how to run scripts
