Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Value Strategy Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Provide innovative thought leadership in expanding the value conversation with Slack customers
  • Develop a scalable framework for CSMs to assess where a customer is on their journey
  • Plan and oversee execution of all Customer Success Methodology projects

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8-10+ years of overall work experience
  • 5+ years business process transformation and/or change management experience
  • 5+ years working in or with a high touch CS environment
  • Experience in building out a new function or operation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
