Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Value Strategy Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide innovative thought leadership in expanding the value conversation with Slack customers
- Develop a scalable framework for CSMs to assess where a customer is on their journey
- Plan and oversee execution of all Customer Success Methodology projects
Position Requirements Include:
- 8-10+ years of overall work experience
- 5+ years business process transformation and/or change management experience
- 5+ years working in or with a high touch CS environment
- Experience in building out a new function or operation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
