Job Summary
Seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Agent, the successful candidate will assist customers in a high-volume call center environment through phone, chat, and email, focusing on booking, editing, and resolving inquiries related to Moving Help services.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while responding to customer inquiries
- Processing and modifying customer orders, including bookings and cancellations
