Job Summary
A large staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Agent in El Segundo.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Perform the day-to-day customer-facing duties
- Ensure customers requiring product and/or technical assistance receive timely, courteous, and expert support
- Optimize and/or automate technical support workflows and experiences
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited college or university in a related field
- OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- 2-3 years of experience triaging/escalating bugs/tickets, and managing small projects with a technical aspect
- 1 year of experience partnering with external technical teams to prioritize tickets and identify root causes
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile devices (required)
