Remote Customer Support Agent (UT & ID)

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the part-time Remote Customer Support Agent (UT & ID) will engage with prospective customers through warm calls, utilizing sales tactics to qualify leads and promote various services in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers to ask qualifying questions about their expressed interest in products or services
• Make fast-paced calls, typically lasting 2-4 minutes, and use sales techniques to retain customer engagement
• Receive training in high-demand industries and communicate the benefits of various services to customers

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must complete a successful background check
• Availability to work at least 22 hours per week, with shifts of a minimum of 4 hours
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls during scheduled shifts
• Consistent attendance and reliability in meeting work requirements
