An IT and network infrastructure company is in need of a Remote Customer Support and Enablement Systems Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing General Support, Periodic Updating of Plugins and content management
  • Providing Tier 2 support

Position Requirements Include:

  • Knowledge of Learndash LMS Plugin
  • Basic Wordpress knowledge
  • One or more years of experience in a customer support environment
