Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support and Payment Specialist in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Partner with clients to resolve disputes via phone and e-mail
- Develop clear understanding of company’s system and business offerings
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma plus 1 year of related customer support experience
- 1-year prior experience in a phone support role
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to use CRM software to document and manage customer inquiries
- Must have good Microsoft office skills
