A software company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support and Payment Specialist in Austin.

Must be able to:

  • Partner with clients to resolve disputes via phone and e-mail
  • Develop clear understanding of company’s system and business offerings
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma plus 1 year of related customer support experience
  • 1-year prior experience in a phone support role
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to use CRM software to document and manage customer inquiries
