A professional staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Associate in Waltham.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct calls to answer questions and assist customers with their needs
• Conduct calls in an empathetic manner
• Handle 50-80 incoming calls from customers daily

Required Skills:

• 1-3+ years of call center/customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to handle high volume of calls
