Job Summary
A computer, electronics, and mobile device company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Support College Program Associate in Montgomery.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Be the friendly voice, providing extraordinary customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Listen to our customers and use your technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet their needs
- Support many popular products, from phones to tablets to desktops
Required Skills:
- Students must be enrolled at a participating university
- Availability to attend approximately 6-9 weeks of required online training
- Capacity to work three week days between the hours of 4:00 p.m CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and background check
- Successfully complete initial training
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while in conversation with customer
