Job Summary
A call center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Company Trainer in Lorain.
Must be able to:
- Set daily training meetings for New hires first week in Zoom
- Assign new agents their courses for the day and monitor progress
- Test calls and/or role play depending on the group/agent/skill
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have very good Organization/documentation skills
- A quiet place to work at home with a locking door
