Job Summary

A call center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Company Trainer in San Antonio.

Must be able to:

  • Set daily training meetings for New hires first week in Zoom
  • Assign new agents their courses for the day and monitor progress
  • Test calls and/or role play depending on the group/agent/skill
