Job Summary
A financial and business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Support Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining an easy to use database of answers to common customer problems and questions
- Hiring, training and management of the international customer support team
- Driving the roadmap of our internal CRM and back-office tooling
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in a unicorn start up or tech company, and have built a customer support team
- Are problem focused and have extreme attention to detail
- Have foundational SQL skills and superior communication and presentation skills
