Job Summary
A server and other IT infrastructure provider is filling a position for a Remote Customer Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to help desk technical and product questions
- Answering Tickets, Emails, Phone Calls and Live Chat
- Writing and documenting processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- +2 years as a front-line agent supporting software products
- Well-versed in current software support practices
- Basic understand of Linux or Technology
- Experience on how web hosting and cloud hosting works
