Job Summary

A server and other IT infrastructure provider is filling a position for a Remote Customer Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to help desk technical and product questions
  • Answering Tickets, Emails, Phone Calls and Live Chat
  • Writing and documenting processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • +2 years as a front-line agent supporting software products
  • Well-versed in current software support practices
  • Basic understand of Linux or Technology
  • Experience on how web hosting and cloud hosting works
