Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Participating in daily ticket triage
  • Performing testing and analysis to evaluate the solution for the discrepancy/deficiency
  • Identifying and recommending product improvements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years experience in Systems Engineering / Administration
  • 2+ years experience with system and application services scripting
