Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Customer Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Work with customer administrators, team members and development engineers to resolve technical issues
  • Work with customers at all levels of the organization to provide world class customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to Engineering regarding trends and solutions to common classes of problems

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Excellent customer management skills in highly escalated situations
  • Exceptional operational and organization excellence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 7 years technical support/customer service experience
  • Must be a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by delighting customers
