Job Summary
A consulting and development service provider is in need of a Remote Customer Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming an expert in each of company core products:, Dashboard, API, and Data Pipeline
- Triaging and responding to customer tickets via Zendesk
- Helping customers and teammates via tickets and real-time discussions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Are very organized and detail oriented
- Thrive when helping people and solving complex problems
- Can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Have top notch written and verbal communication skills
- Err on the side of over-communicating with customers
