Job Summary

A Financial services institution is filling a position for a Remote Customer Support Operations Process Management Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring team and individual results, identify gaps, create short- and long-term action plans that result in performance elevation
  • Providing guidance regarding general claim policy, contracts, and terminology
  • Interacting with internal and external customers to ensure claims are brought to an appropriate outcome

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Defined Benefit and Group Annuity products preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Prior supervisory experience, coaching and career/talent development preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and influence employees at all levels
