Job Summary
A Financial services institution is filling a position for a Remote Customer Support Operations Process Management Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring team and individual results, identify gaps, create short- and long-term action plans that result in performance elevation
- Providing guidance regarding general claim policy, contracts, and terminology
- Interacting with internal and external customers to ensure claims are brought to an appropriate outcome
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Defined Benefit and Group Annuity products preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills. Prior supervisory experience, coaching and career/talent development preferred
- Demonstrated ability to partner and influence employees at all levels
