Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and respond to emails to assist customers and store team members
  • Locate proof of purchase, assist with returns/exchanges, and provide resolutions to customer concerns
  • Document customer interactions and maintain updated information in a case management system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Must be available to work any shift between Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST and holidays
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred; automotive knowledge desired but not required
