Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Support Representative 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Addressing customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues
- Recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions
- Escalating unresolved and pending customer grievances
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of customer service experience – this is a call center role
- Strong computer skills utilizing multiple computer applications simultaneously (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong initiative with the ability to adapt to change quickly and be empathetic
