A digital signage management company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Independently supporting our products and services
- Continuously reviewing and improving our processes and documentation
- Identifying how we can eliminate the underlying causes of support interactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fully proficient with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting, and understanding the inner workings of hardware
- Comfortable making small tweaks with your editor of choice
- Able to review browser consoles for errors and any other signs of trouble
