Job Summary

A digital signage management company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Independently supporting our products and services
  • Continuously reviewing and improving our processes and documentation
  • Identifying how we can eliminate the underlying causes of support interactions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Fully proficient with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting, and understanding the inner workings of hardware
  • Comfortable making small tweaks with your editor of choice
  • Able to review browser consoles for errors and any other signs of trouble
